This is an old yidaki made by Djalu in the early to mid1990's.
This instrument was previously in the private collection of didgeridoo teacher and performer Chris Adnams who stated that it was Djalu's personal instrument at the time.
This loud, powerful F yidaki, with fast acoustics, is suitable for traditional NE Arnhem Land technique and style. Super responsiveness, excellent clarity, bright acoustics. Easy fog horn overtone note.
